im currently going through the process of patching my thinkpad x230's BIOS to: [list]have a custom boot icon properly support the custom x220 keyboard unlock the advanced menu in the BIOS[/list] and one of the steps is to make sure the thinkpad is running windows. i've luckily found a spare SSD so i don't need to replace my linux mint OS. it's just a bit jarring to see windows on this thing really. it doesn't belong
